I’m Melissa Ramos, founder of Sexy Food Therapy and Nutritionist with a background in Chinese Medicine. 

What all of those fancy titles mean is this: I help women struggling with autoimmune and hormonal conditions so that they can get their health in check. That way, they can lead a more gratifying and fulfilling life, feeling healthier and happier and, more importantly, free from the confines of their health struggles. 

My multidisciplinary approach was cultivated through years of study in Functional Nutrition and Chinese Medicine to help women receive the answers they deserve so that they can feel sexy from the inside out in a fun and engaging manner. 

In short, I’m here to make the confusing science and action plan easy for you, complete with massive doses of compassion and humour, because love and laughter are also medicinal.

While mental health affects men and women, the content and tools provided are more geared toward women since we go into depth about a woman’s hormonal lifestyle. 

What if I’m on medications? 

You’ll absolutely get the help you need. In the back portal, I’ve included protocols; if there are any contraindications with medications, those have been listed. In addition, there are many tools you can incorporate that can make a massive world of difference.

If I’m pregnant or breastfeeding, will I still be able to receive support and guidance?
