Yes absolutely, but you would need to do it without the castor oil. Believe it or not, the pack on its own has been used by many women who are pregnant without any issues because it helps to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. If you’re breastfeeding, you absolutely can use the pack with castor oil, not a problem!
As for the membership, we actually have a section dedicated JUST to pre and post natal needs - I've got you!
